Delicious, Nutritious 10 min Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse
I have never been a lover of sweets and desserts. I don't even eat my own birthday cake!

& prepared in under 10 minutes! ( just the mousse).
For a delicious, protein & healthy fat packed raw vegan crust, you will need:
oats
cashews or almonds
walnuts
dates
coconut oil
Himalayan salt or sea salt
Mix it all together in a low pulsing blender or food processor, until it is thick and creamy but not too creamy. Lay it on a the pan you are using and place in freezer for about 20 mins. Then, add the avocado mousse and serve directly or put in the fridge or freezer depending on the consistency you desire.
