Savoury n Sweet Superfood Salad
DELICIOUS SUPER EASY SALAD TO NOURISH & FUEL YOU
Salad Ingredients:
Lettuce (different kinds)
Tomatoes
Goji Berries
Kale
Cilantro
Oregano
Rosemary
Lemon thyme
Swiss Chard
Parsley
Chives
Dill
Red peppers
Black sesame seeds
Raisins
Avocado garlic pesto sauce
Quantity used depends on how potent you want the flavour to be and how creamy/ liquid you like the consistency.
In a blender, mix:
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 avocados
- Fresh basil
- Coconut cream
- Coconut milk
- Salt
- Cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon
Et voila! Serve it up
PS- most of the herbs and all the tomatoes are freshly and lovingly harvested from my garden!
